The Clinic is designed to improve fundamental skills and techniques while advancing the players' understanding of game concepts and team play. The clinic will also serve as an in depth introduction for players that may have a future interest in playing at the high school or collegiate level. At our summer clinic all players will be challenged to reach their highest potential by an outstanding staff of high school coaches and the college players.
All participants must be members of US Lacrosse. To register as a member visit www.uslacrosse.org/join. Please record your membership number and expiration date. Equipment is required.

Youth: Rising 6th, 7th & 8th Graders (Grade Fall of 2024)
High School: Rising Freshman through Seniors (Grade Fall of 2024)

GIRLS CLINIC

Great for beginner and intermediate players!
The summer clinic will begin again on Monday, June 17, 2023 and will run through July 29, 2024. The clinic runs from 5:30 to 7:00 every week and focuses on lacrosse fundamentals like catching, throwing, cradling, dodging, ground balls, defense, and team play. The clinic is coached by high school and college players, high school coaches, and is run by Coach Gajewski. The entire coaching staff presented at the US Lacrosse convention in Baltimore on two occassions in front of college and high school coaches. Coach Gajewski has been coaching lacrosse at Old Bridge High School for 22 years and has won multiple championships in his time there. The clinic is appropriate for beginners through intermediate players and is open to girls ages 6 - 16.
When: Every Monday Night from June 17 - July 29 from 5:30 - 7:00
Where: Fred Cole Field (Carl Sandburg Middle School baseball and field hockey field)
How Much: $100 for the entire summer
Who: Girls from grades K - 9

Old Bridge Lacrosse alumni
Old Bridge Lacrosse Association is a youth recreational program dedicated to growing the sport of lacrosse for girls and boys in Old Bridge and beyond. Youth players from surrounding areas can participate if their town does not offer a youth lacrosse recreational program.
Founded in 1997, Old Bridge Lacrosse has provided an introduction to the sport and has served as a gateway for young players to learn and excel for over 20 years.
After a brief hiatus from 2020 to 2022, we are back in Old Bridge for the 2023 spring season. We offer competitive recreational league programs for girls and boys in grades 3rd through 8th, and we also offer introductory clinic programs focused on skills development for younger players in grades Kindergarten through 2nd.
We are always looking for more talented and enthusiastic individuals interested in coaching or volunteering. All coaches must be USA Lacrosse members and must undergo a background check. If you want to learn more, contact us at Oldbridgelacrosse@gmail.com.
